Storm Debris Removal

 

Best Trash will not be collecting any storm debris. Fort Bend County will begin debris pick up next week, please visit their website for more information.

This information is important for any homeowner with an outstanding balance, please read carefully:

We understand that transitions between management companies can be challenging, especially when it comes to making payments on your accounts. We want to update you on the current situation and provide guidance to ensure a smooth process.

Account Balance Forwarding: We are in the process of transferring account balances from the previous management company. Due to the lack of information from the prior CPA, homeowner accounts will not incur any additional late charges from when Associa stated in Firethorne until August 1, 2024.

Payment Instructions:

DO NOT submit payment through Revopay, this system was with the old accounting firm Canady & Canady.

Lockbox or TownSq: Homeowners are encouraged to send in payments to the lockbox or via TownSq. If you are currently on an approved payment plan, please continue making your payments through these channels.

*Please ensure that your account number is included on the payment to guarantee it posts to your account correctly.

No Cash Payments: Please note that cash payments are not accepted. All payments should be made by check or cashier's check.

 

Important Note: If your account is already with the attorney’s office all payments must go through Barsalou & Associates. DO NOT pay through Associa.

 

If you have not done so already, please sign up for TownSq at townsq.io. You will need your new Associa account number, which was provided in the welcome letter you should have received in the mail. If you lost your letter or never received it, please contact the HOA Management Office at 281-693-0003 and they can provide you with your account number.

New Management Company Info:

As some of you may already know, Firethorne changed management companies on May 1st. Please click here to read the welcome letter from Associa- Principal Management Group of Houston. You will also receive a hard copy in your mailbox in the coming days.

Please fill out the Homeowner Information Sheet and return it to the Management Office.

Be sure to register for the townSq.

Once you join townSq you will have access to community documents, send requests, view and pay your bills as well as stay up to date on news and events happening in your neighborhood.

 If you would like to set up for direct debit of future association fees, please click here. This document must be sent directly to Associa, the in-neighborhood office will not be collecting these papers.

Sports Field Lights

 

The Sports Field Lights will turn on automictically from 5pm to 9pm daily. The electrician has replaced the 2 bulb that were out. The key fob system for the lights is currently disabled. The community will be notified when you will once again need your fob to turn the lights on.
