The Clubhouse at Firethorne
Clubhouse Rental Locations:
South Clubhouse 28800 South Firethorne Road, Katy, TX 77494.
North Clubhouse 28100 North Firethorne Road, Katy, TX 77494.
If you would like to inquire about a date for reservations, you can check availability on the homeowner portal at home.inframark.com or contact the HOA Office.
Please note that reserving a date online serves only as a tentative placeholder. Actual confirmation of your rental will be provided by the HOA once all required documentation and fees have been received. We recommend obtaining formal confirmation prior to distributing any invitations.
Reservations are not considered final until the rental agreement, security deposit, and rental payment have been received by the HOA office. Reservations should be submitted at least fifteen (15) business days in advance and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations made with less than the required notice must provide the rental payment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check
The Clubhouse Rental Agreement may be completed in person at the HOA office or downloaded using the link below and submitted through the homeowner portal. When submitting the agreement through the portal, please ensure that a copy of your valid photo identification is included.

South Clubhouse:

Capacity: 92 people with tables and chairs; 197 standing room only no tables.

You will not be able to use all of the tables and stay in compliance with the fire marshal's total capacity.

The clubhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, restrooms, and a banquet room.

The clubhouse comes with approximately (20) 60'' round tables, (6) 6' rectangle tables, and 150 banquet chairs.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m.- midnight.
North Clubhouse:

Capacity: 90 people with tables and chairs; 193 standing room only no tables.

You will not be able to use all of the tables and stay in compliance with the fire marshal's total capacity.

The clubhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, restrooms, and a banquet room.

The clubhouse comes with approximately (10) 60'' round tables, and 100 banquet chairs.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m.- midnight.
The Clubhouse may only be rented by residents of Firethorne and the resident will need to be present at the event.
Fee Schedule:
Weekday rates: Monday through Thursday
Daily Use (8AM-Midnight): $300 includes rental and cleaning fee
$700 refundable Security Deposit
More than 40 Guests: Uniformed Officer(s) required
Alcohol Being Served: Uniformed Officer(s) required
Weekend Rates: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Daily Use Options: Only "1" rental per day
