Amenity Committee
The purpose of the Amenity Committee is to assist the Associations management company in the monitoring of amenity operations to include the parks, pools and playgrounds, by reporting items to the Associations management company to ensure a clean safe environment is provided at these facilities for all residents of Firethorne.
The newest Amenities that the committee has worked on are: the tennis courts, new fitness equipment, 2 new TVs in the fitness area, and coming soon more trash cans by the pool and main playground.

Community Crime Watch Committee
Welcome to Firethorne's Community Crime Watch Committee contact page. As a member of the National Association of Town Watch, we've partnered with The Fort Bend County Sheriff's office. The main goal of your Community Crime Watch Committee (CCWC) is to work with our Sheriff's office to help keep our wonderful community safe from crime and drugs. We also want to promote violence prevention, a safe family environment and neighborhood unity.
If you are interested in being a Block Captain or have any questions or recommendations for our committee, please use the following page to send us your contact information. We promise to contact you as soon as possible as we work with you to keep our wonderful community safe.
Any information you provide will be kept confidential. If you selected to receive the Community Crime Watch e-mail newsletter, your e-mail will be added to that list. However, we will not publish, sell or give your e-mail address to anyone. We will also not publish any contact information.

Communications Committee
The purpose of the Communications Committee is to assist the Associations management personnel in providing effective communication with the residents of Firethorne. This may be completed through use of web sites, e-mail, written correspondence or other means determined to be most effective in keeping the community informed.
Current projects of the committee: new welcome packet for new residents, information center bulletin boards, newsletter (August 2010), Community Directory, and a Facebook page.
Architectural Modifications Committee
The purpose of the Architectural Modifications Committee is to review all plans for architectural and landscaping modifications being requested by residents of Firethorne. Reviews of these requests are completed and forwarded to the Board of Directors for action to insure consistency and a quality appearance of the community and to protect property values and quality of lifestyle desired in Firethorne.
Special Events Committee
The purpose of the Special Events Committee is to assist in the planning and implementation of Board approved special events in the community to maintain and nurture community spirit and camaraderie. These events may include certain events appropriate for holidays as well as entertainment for the residents of Firethorne.

Firethorne Scrapbook Club
The Scrapbook club meets periodically in the Community Center. The events are come and go. Vanessa demonstrates how to do new techniques and creative ideas, but you mostly just have fun scrapin' together!

Firethorne's newest club! Whether you are a Canasta Masta' or a beginner all are welcome to come play Bridge and Canasta the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Community Center.
LEGO Club
Lego Club meets the last Saturday of the month.
